Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery generally takes 7 to 15 days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum required.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking information shows that a package has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at support@nomiquarters.com. We will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment partners and provide a refund or replacement when appropriate.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information may not qualify for a refund.
